Mentally healthy ;)

Jeśli najdzie mnie ochota, muszę zadać sobie trochę trudu, by włączyć komputer.
I to mi odpowiada.

Do you ever get frustrated due to your constant staying online? Yes, I know I'm being plainspoken but the subject is blazing. Lately I've gotten to a critical moment when I uninstalled Facebook on my cell (to be precise, I asked Marek to do it for me) and I felt so much better at the very moment. I don't see all the info and I don't get tempted to have a look. I just don't. If I do, however, I need to make an effort and turn on my computer. Most often I decline as it's too much of an effort, haha. So if you're wondering why I'm not commenting, liking or whatever, it's just because I'm not there.
Secondly, I try to dose up Instagram. Of course I pop in to see what's going on in there rather too often (still), but I've realized I become frustrated with what I see there. My life has been rather instagram-unfriendly, to be frank, it's quite mundane, I'm a mom, a housewife, and in the evenings I become a crazy translator who works nightshifts like an owl or a bat. I don't take too many photos as I don't do much make up, my house is a mess (try to make a 3-year-old cook in her own bedroom!!), there's nobody to take a picture or I just don't feel like it. And I'm fine with it.
But when I enter Instagram, where all I see is the airbrushed perfect world, I find myself thinking my life sucks. And don't get me wrong, I know there's the instagram vs. real life thing and what I see there is doctored. However, somewhere deep deep down there I get taken in by this illusion.
That's why I'm trying to keep balance, I do yoga again, I take a deep breath and reveal online what I really feel like. Detox is what a girl needs from time to time, to focus on what's more important - your mental health.

Aww, it was so good to write smth in English rather than just translate smb else's words!!!!!!

Special thanks to my one-and-only Gabi for taking these super casual photos
